AG-Insights is our data visualization solution for the MultiGrow controller. Through the dashboards you can see your crop environment at a glance. Depending on what you're measuring, this can include water usage, run-off, nutrients, weather, humidity or any other variables. You can drill down into the detail or zoom out to get an overview.
My.Autogrow is a remote access solution which allows you to be off-site and still see what your settings are or make adjustments. You can set SMS and email alerts so you know if something goes wrong.
Together these solutions form a powerful risk mitigation and business growth platform. Through exploring your data, and having remote access to your controller, you can make data-driven decisions that optimize your business and ultimately increase profits.

WHAT IS AG-INSIGHTS?
AG-Insights is a data visualization solution currently for the MultiGrow controller. The platform can show how your crop environment is operating at a glance. This can include insights into water usage, run-off, nutrients etc. Data can be explored by the minute, hour, day, month or up to five years.
WHY DO I NEED AG-INSIGHTS?
You can’t improve what you don’t measure. By understanding the health of your plants, you can make data driven decisions for better yield, quality and ultimately more money in your pocket.
HOW CAN AG-INSIGHTS BENEFIT MY BUSINESS?

HOW DO I PAY?

I ALREADY HAVE A SUBSCRIPTION TO MY.AUTOGROW - DO I NEED TO PAY TWO SUBSCRIPTIONS?
No, your subscription will simply be upgraded to the AG-Insights package.
HOW DO I LOG IN?
To explore your AG-Insights data, log in at ag-insights.autogrow.com, it uses your MyAutogrow account so you don't need to setup another account and password. If you are logged in with MyAutogrow you will be automatically logged into AG-Insights.
WHAT REQUIREMENTS ARE THERE TO SET UP AG-INSIGHTS?
Your MultiGrow will require software version 1.13.10 or higher to access AG-Insights. To check your MultiGrow version go to Log In > Admin on your controller. If your controller needs updating, please contact support@autogrow.com and we can help with this - at no extra cost.
WHAT DO I DO IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD OR NEED TO CHANGE IT?
You can use the re-set password link. If you have any problems, you can contact us at support@autogrow.com and we are happy to help.
WHAT DO I DO IF I FORGET MY USERNAME?
Your username is your email address. If you have problems logging in contact us at support@autogrow.com and we can help.
DOES AG-INSIGHTS HAVE AN APP FOR MY MOBILE PHONE?
We don’t have a mobile APP, but the site is mobile optimized. We would advise that the level of detail in the graphs is best viewed on a large screen.
CAN I EXPORT MY DATA?
Yes, you can. Simply click on the title of the graph you would like to export, click on the three lines and export to a CSV file.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY CONTROLLER THROUGH AG-INSIGHTS? FOR EXAMPLE, FORCE/TRIGGER A DOSE?
No. AG-Insights is a data visualization tool. If you want to make changes to your controller you can log in to My.Autogrow.
WHO HAS PERMISSION TO VIEW MY DATA?
As the grower you have control over who can view your data. By default, Autogrow has access but you can also grant access to other users by emailing us at support@autogrow.com
HOW MANY USERS CAN LOG IN TO VIEW MY DATA?
There is not limit to how many users can view the data.
I’M A CONSULTANT AND NEED TO HAVE ACCESS TO ALL MY GROWERS' DATA. HOW CAN I DO THAT?
Your growers will need to email us to add you as a ‘user’. Autogrow cannot give access to AG-Insights data to any 3rd parties without permission from the grower.
